Due to the nature of our service and the immediate costs associated with AI processing and data analysis, LeadFalcon does not offer refunds on any subscription payments.

Subscription Cancellation

While we don't provide refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your LeadFalcon account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select 'Subscription'
  4. Click 'Cancel Subscription'

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial of our service. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

Billing Errors

In the case of technical billing errors or duplicate charges, we will investigate and rectify the situation accordingly.
